Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Multi tasking and ability to work on more than one tool/application + handling a call at the same time
- Ability to work on two PC screens at the same time
-Structured and organized way of thinking
-Quick learner
-Strongflexibility to work overtime and come during weekends if there is an ad hoc workload received
-Teamwork and sharing best practices within the team to increase the learning curve
-Customer-oriented to realize thehuge critical impact on one mistake for one business customer
